Looking at the schedule of coal shipments out of SMET in Superior I notice that there aren't any loads going to Monroe. When I sailed on the McCarthy all we did was split loads to Monroe and Essexville, with the first stop being St Clair. I know it was shallow going into Monroe, and there was shoaling near the mouth of the Raisin River. Dredging Crisis?
