Mothballs, in reserve, laid up. They all pretty much mean that the ship is out of service due to not enough cargo to justify their sailing. When cargo demand improves then they will fit out, meaning starting up systems, getting ready to sail. Many boats are still in lay up and others have sailed but now are back in lay up.
