Well it looks like Ed once again was correct and right as always on his post regarding Michigan's Bowl Game appearance in Orlando as they did indeed learn what it is like to be playing in a College Bowl Game! Also, Alabama was favored by 7 points and easily covered that spread today and YES it was indeed all Alabama in that game and in case anyone missed it you didn't miss a beat unless that is you were an Alabama fan of course. The Crimson Tide came to play and crushed the Wolverines and Harbaugh into submission by a score of 35-16 and the QB Shea Patterson looked like kid playing in his backyard and in high school as he over threw many passes and he looked terrible. So, another year and another Bowl loss for the Wolverines and now we must wait until Fall and yet another year to put up with this mess and nonsense from Michigan and their coach Jim Harbaugh. How much more losing will any fan, that is if there is any left will they have to take and endure? How much more of this constant losing will we have to put up with and face and when will the bleeding ever stop and end and when will this program be restored to what it once was if ever again? My brother visited today and watched the game with me and his comments were this "First, it's time to get rid of Don Brown their DC Coach as their defense is just pathetic period!" Next he said that the next head coach that Michigan gets they need to get it right and NOT go after a Michigan alum or anyone associated with Michigan Football period. It's time to get a coach from another big time conference to come in and try to turn this mess around. Okay so I admit they did try that once with Rich Rodriguez of Virginia and we all know where that led to which was a disaster and a disgrace. When they once had Brady Hoke, I think he was an assistant with one of Michigan's former coaches at one time. I've often said and heard as well from fans and many others "Harbaugh since taking over at Michigan has yet to ever find his star and winning Quarter Back!" It will surely be interesting to see who the main star and QB will end up being next season now that Shea Patterson's career here is finally done as time will tell us as far as where this team goes next and its future.

Michigan is about to find out what it is like to be playing in a bowl game. Alabama is favored by 7 points on a game that will be all Alabama.

It has been reported that star players on the Alabama football team may not risk injury by playing in a 'Nothing Bowl' against Michigan. These Alabama players are prime NFL draft choices.

Well everyone I found out yesterday from my brother that thanks to the Michigan Wolverines having a winning record at 9-3 that is if you want to call that a winning record inspite the fact as usual of them losing to Ohio State, they will end up once again playing in a Bowl Game this year. I found out from my brother yesterday that they will play in the Florida Citrus Bowl against non other than the Alabama Crimson Tide. Needless to say chalk that game up as a loss for the Wolverines and another national embarrassment on TV for the once proud Football program. So where will Michigan go if they lose that Bowl Game and get soundly defeated? Surely they will probably keep Harbaugh next season since Michigan finished with a winning record this year. I was hoping to see Ohio State get beat by Wisconsin in the Big 10 Title Game but unfortunately that did not happen. The Bucks play Clemson in the CFP Game and will probably end up by playing LSU for the College Title. I just don't see anybody stopping the Buckeyes this year as they are just on a roll this season. This could be one of their best teams ever just so long as there are not any scandals! So needless to say everyone do not waste your time and energy watching Michigan play Alabama in their Bowl Game whenever it may be. Find something else to do and watch on TV instead of wasting your day on Michigan losing!

Just because Michigan takes the entire team on an 'All Expense paid Vacation' to places like Italy and Africa' Does Not make it right or above board ! Just because O S U does it - does not make it right. Michigan continues to 'Buy Their Wins' with exotic vacations, all in an attempt to attract players. Money flows everywhere to everyone. Until this is stopped - smaller schools will continue to be unable to compete. There has to be a max amount these schools can spend on football period.
Until this happens 'The Sky' is the limit. BUT, money can not pay Michigan's way into the end zone. Michigan can not buy a win against O S U. I am a fan of fair play - on an equal footing with money limits placed on all teams.

I’m sure they all do the same thing as I’ll betcha Nick Saban down in Alabama has done it with those kids for years. Just my two cents here. And OBTW and I agree, Ohio State has done it also and I agree as I still recall the scandals when ex-coach Jim Tressel was there. Just my two cents again here.

I don't know who you're a fan of, but Ohio State does the same thing.

Denny wrote:Well so much for go Blue today! Didn’t miss anything by NOT watching this game and a bunch of high schoolers pretending to be College guys get embarrassed today yet again. In case anyone missed it Michigan got hammered 56-27 by Ohio State and finished the year at 9-3 and more than likely will be bowl eligible but I don’t know where they’ll play at but more than likely in Florida? Unfortunately thanks to their winning record I’m sure now Michigan may decide to bring back Harbaugh for at least one more season. Among the many questions will be who ends up as the QB next season? Shea Patterson will no longer be there and next in line maybe McCaffrey and I don’t know that much about him? It will surely be an interesting off-season and I’m sure Harbaugh will likely take his team on an exotic world vacation yet again somewhere around the world. So here we are left to ponder yet another embarrassing loss to Ohio State and another defeat for Harbaugh and Oh BTW his record is 0-4 vs Ohio State and the Buckeyes have beaten us every season now from 2012 to the present as that’s eight straight years as Michigan last beat them in 2011! So still NO Big 10 titles under Harbaugh and still no hope with this team. I still say it’s time for Jim to go. Comments here?
Been a M fan for 60 yrs. and this is disgusting. I think also it's time for Harbaugh to go, but I'm sure the buy-out will dictate what they do. If you get rid of Harbaugh what options are there? Is there some hotshot assistant out there, or do you recycle a head coach? Not a lot of options.

Next I want to get some rock salt from the store for those days that we have freezing rain. All in all, I think I'm ready for winter. I hate days that bring large amounts of snow or freezing rain. I'm lucky that our city usually plows snow when it is over 2 inches. The problem here is that they usually plow right after I have shoveled and they push a good amount of snow back onto my driveway. I'm not sure what I will do this Saturday but, you can be assured I will not be watching Michigan football.
Stop! You are making me homesick! I live in AZ, and I still run the AC from 11am til 7pm. 87 for a high today. I cannot wait to move out of here and back home to the most beautiful state.

Well fans - in one hour Michigan will play powerhouse Maryland for this week's thriller. I think I'll get getting my snowblower out and checking my shovels for winter during this 'block buster' game. OR - maybe even taking a nap !

Michigan's win over N D proved the saying that " Even a blind squirrel can find a nut sometimes " ! It is good to know that Harbaugh has not hired an agent - to date - to assist his exit from U of M. That translates into " I'll be leaving soon ". If you bet on football games - I'd take the over odds on the last U of M game of the year.

Well amazingly Michigan and Harbaugh does it again and continues to surprise the doubters with an amazing 45-14 upset win last night over Notre Dame and I think this makes Michigan now at 6-2 on the season as far as their record goes? The sad part IMO is with that big of a win, now they could go on a nice stretch of wins with some easy games ahead on the schedule before maybe losing to Michigan State in about three weeks? As much as I hate to admit folks with last nights huge win over the Irish, Harbaugh could get a reprieve yet as far as his job here at Michigan goes and knowing them I’m sure they’ll probably try and bring him back next year but for what purpose? It will end up being the same ‘ole non-sense and garbage from Michigan and Harbaugh next year at least. I guess time will tell and we’ll just have to sit and wait to see what happens. Guess anyone that survived the soaking rains at the Big House last night weren’t too disappointed after all with that win!

Stick a fork for sure in Michigan State now with their humiliating loss at home in the rain today to Penn State 28-7. This now keeps Penn State undefeated along with Ohio State in the Big 10 East Division and if nobody hasn't noticed lately then perhaps now is the time to look close and carefully. Both Ohio State and Penn State play each other later this season and that my friends could be a super huge game and determine the winner of the Big 10 Eastern Division. In other news, next weekend will be a big one for some of us College Fans as you have Alabama vs LSU and the top two in all of College Football. If LSU were to lose, since they're ranked now at Number 2 I could then see Ohio State vaulting up in the ranks to the Number 2 spot after next weekend since Ohio State currently sits at Number 3. It could quite possibly come down to the Title game this year between Alabama vs Ohio State maybe but it's still too early to tell yet. Comments and predictions on any of this all?

Re: 2019 College Football

Well so much for Wisconsin giving Ohio State any type of competition in today’s game as the Bucks blew them out of Columbus along with the Horseshoe 38-7 and that means the Bucks are still undefeated and also continue to roll. This team may be better than the teams of Urban and Tressel? Needless to say now it appears there’s no stopping these guys and stick a fork into Michigan for sure as after tonight they won’t stand a chance in heck versus Ohio State period and hands down! If the TV networks weren’t so money and power hungry, they wouldn’t even put the Ohio State vs Michigan game on TV as that will be a major loss and an embarrassment just like last year was. I gotta believe that after the Ohio State game, Harbaugh is done and history then and if he isn’t then Michigan is just way out of touch then. So better watch the World Series or another Football game tonight as Notre Dame vs Michigan won’t be any fun unless of course you’re rooting for the Irish! The rainy weather tonight will surely have an impact on this game and the players also.

The best game to watch on TV Saturday won’t be Penn State versus Michigan State or Notre Dame at Michigan but instead Wisconsin at Ohio State since both teams are on top of the Big 10 right now. Ohio State is on top of the East while Wisconsin is on top in the West. This game may very well be a preview of the Big 10 Title game at Indianapolis and the two could very well meet up again. As for the Michigan game, I am hearing that the weather here could be a factor as they’re predicting very heavy rain for the evening on Saturday just at the start of the game which should make for very poor field conditions to be playing on. Rain is also forecasted for the Penn State versus Michigan State game as well. So unless you’re willing to watch Wisconsin vs Ohio State on Saturday, you’re best off doing something else instead of wasting your time watching a bunch of College kids play like High School kids instead. Just my two cents.
