(These instructions are intended for posting a photo using a computer). When you post a new topic, or a reply to an existing one, there is a section below the area where you type that says "Upload Attachment". In that section, hit the "Browse" button and find where the photo is saved on your computer. Highlight the file and hit the "Add the File" button. Then hit the "Preview" button to see that it will look like. Finally, hit the "Submit" button. Note that file sizes are limited to something like 1 mb or less, so you may have to resize the file in something like Photoshop or Word (or using your camera's software) before you try and post it.
