I think that is an error on ship spotting. That IMO I believe belongs to the tractor tug Millennium Dawn not Neah Bay.

Lloyds Register/Fairplay does not apply IMO numbers to military vessels. The USCG is considered to be military. The Canadian Coast Guard is civilian and its ships do carry IMO numbers.

Does anyone know what the IMO Numbers are for both the USCG vessels Bristol Bay and Neah Bay? I've exhausted myself in trying to search for their IMO Numbers and keep coming up with nothing. If anyone knows what they are I'd appreciate it. Thanks so much.
