Does anyone know why they changed the plan to have the harbor tugs do the tow & not the Ohio?

She didn't. The harbor tugs did.

That's confusing. The Ohio was supposed to do that tow.

The Ohio has been back in Cleveland for at least several days now, and is there as of this afternoon. I assume that it completed the tow, although I don't know for sure.

Washington and Vermont took the tow, while Ohio remained in Buffalo.

Brian, from information that I have it looks like she is back in Erie and was towed in there on Thursday, November 6 and arrived at the Donjon Shipbuilding and Repair facility. As far as I know from the information I have, she is still docked in Erie and at Donjon. Hope that this helps.

Does anyone know where the Ferrell 256 ended up? I lost track of it in Buffalo & found it odd that the Ohio is still here.
