Nice set of photos from the past two days up along the river as always Bookworm. Was at the river today and it was also my last and final visit for the season unfortunately. I hated to see it end and it was hard and rough at times as it always is for me at the end of the season. I must admit I shed a few tears as well but you can mark my word that as Arnold once said "I'll be back!" Today was also the first time believe it or not that I made to the river on the Fitzgerald anniversary as I've never done it before I always keep it as a "Holy Boatwatching Day to honor her crew and the legend and her memory!" Overall I made the river 11 times with four extra but, the main event was 11 trips total. Didn't see all I wanted to see in 2014 mainly the Anderson and I only saw believe it or not four 1,000 footers all year. Next year in 2015 will be better and I am already looking forward to it and can't wait to get back out there next year. Now, if only we can skip this winter and go onto Spring 2015 and I'll be back and better than ever!
