I purchased two of the similar portholes off the E .M. Ford and put mirrors to replace the heavy glass .

Yes I have a copy of the original bill of sale. The original is with my dad. I personally picked these up from Jack Purvis. A scan of the letter is attached.

Nathan - do you have any proof that this porthole came from the Ford ? a letter from Jack Purvis would go a long way to support your asking price of $ 500.00, if this came from the Ford.

To the viewers of your port hole they very nice condition I was fortunately able to obtain port holes off the ship and make coffee tables from them .

I am selling one of the portholes my dad acquired from Jack Purvis. It is a 17" porthole from the 1898 Built E.M. Ford. The glass is free of scratches and cracks. Price is $500 OBO feel free to email with more questions. I will be in the Port Huron area this weekend and the porthole will be with me. If it does not sell before the Marine Mart on Saturday it will be available there.
