I am once again saying a prayer or two tonight for the safety and wellbeing of all the ships and their brave crews tonight that are still out there sailing on the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Seaway as well. With the strong winds and powerful storm forecasted for the next two days, they will all be in my thoughts and prayers. I hope that all the ships that are out there stay safe and try to find a safe spot and port to go to anchor in. It is better to stay safe and try to remain in a safe port then to take any chances I say. God Bless the ships and their crews this next few days as the Witch of November will really be dishing it out and the Great Lakes will start to also get mean, angry and nasty and dish out everything that they can do. Sorry to sound so dramatic here. The Gales of November though are coming!

Amen, Denny!
Out on those big Lakes is not a safe place to be this time of year.

God Bless our brave and valiant men and women and their vessels in the next few days as they brave the storm along with the high winds and waves. We are now at the critical time of year for shipping boatnerds when we hear that ever famous phrase of "The Gales of November!" Okay I know we are still in October yet but, November is just around the corner though! Saying my prayers and hoping that all reach safety and are safe in port or wherever they may be in the next few days. 3 Long 2 Short.
AMEN!
