.Blough moving destination Duluth. Looks like leaving Sturgeon Bay via Green Bay rather than canal.

Any reports on just how extensive the damage was and what was replaced/repaired?

It was " short" because it had to be in and out of the graving dock in 5 weeks in order for Bayship to get back to the petroleum barge construction that was interrupted for working on the Blough. It went in on July 1 and had to be out this week . Damage was extensive, and there was no time to paint the boat while in the graving dock.

No offense meant here, but can we just merge all of the Roger Blough threads into one thread? In all honesty, all that has been discussed about the Blough since it's grounding should be contained in one thread where we can keep up with things in a consistent way: from grounding to Sturgeon Bay, to it's potential return. Not something where we have to jump from one thread to the next to follow the progress.

Mods, please feel free to delete my post if necessary. Just an appeal to keep things consistent on here as it might be on any other message board. No worry, no hurry, no offense meant. I just would like to see threads on here contained and consistent, from start to finish. I just makes sense.

This is in no way an attack on Garbear and his effort to inform us of good news. Just my way of saying let's keep things in one thread please so we can follow the matter from start to finish, like it would be on any other message board. I'm not sure how else to make this appeal other than to suggest it openly and let mods make a decision. Again, I am not wanting to start a fight, cause trouble... just wishing we could have things contained to one thread when it comes to a specific thing like it would be on any other message board that is moderated.

Thank you for your consideration and what I hope will be considered a gentle appeal.

Good news. As of Saturday she was still high and dry at Bay Ship, but I see today the AIS is on.
