In looking at Pequaming, Michigan in Michigan's Upper Peninsula on Google Earth, I have the following question: Is this land formation man-made or natural? It looks sort of oddly shaped to be a natural formation. Was it an island that was connected to the shore by filling in the area between the island and the land?
