The plan is to stay on the US side for a couple of nights-

As pointed out in a previous post, the Holiday Inn is at the foot of the BWBridges in Pt Edward as well as the Best Western Guildwood Inn. There is also a Quality Inn nearby and the Harbourfront Inn by the Government dock.
Since you want to visit Boatnerd HQ in Port Huron you will need to cross the BWBridge, hope you have NEXUS, otherwise plan on a minimum 30 wait crossing into the US.

Holiday Inn is at the foot of the Bluewater Bridge Point Edwards/Sarnia
Just stayed there last month and quite nice, extremely close to the gov't docks as well

Thomas Edison Inn/Port Huron St Clair Inn/St Clair. Both have excellent views of river traffic. St Clair Inn is closer to the river and 20 minute drive to Boatnerd HQ

We are planning a trip to 'World HQ' next week from London Ont-
We want to stay in the area a couple of days- Can anyone suggest some motels close by the viewing site in a good area?
