That article is amazing!

What I wouldn't give to see this abandoned outpost.

It illustrates that lighthouse keepers are, in their own way, mariners. They faced as many challenges as seagoing mariners.

I'd like to know if one can visit this lighthouse or is it strictly a navigation aid now?

I read an interesting article about it and would love to visit it.

The reason I have posted in this forum is because the Lighthouse Forum gets very little traffic on it.
