Probably not uncommon, but now to figure out which Buckeye - I believe that multiple steamers have had that name.

I recently purchased a lifering that was said to be from the Buckeye. I question that as fact because on one side of the lifering is stamped "Buckeye" while the other side is stamped " S S Buckeye". Would this be typical stamping's?
