Muio's is a great place for breakfast.
If you'd like to view the river while eating there is The View at the Delta, it's upscale and you can expect about $ 40 or $ 50 per person. Docks is also on the river but my humble opinion is the food quality is a little inconsistent, if you hit a good night, you'll be fine.
The premiere Italian restaurant is Giovanni's on Great Northern Road,
There are also the good old Swiss Chalet and Boston Pizza on Great Northern as well.
Brody's offers good wings and beer.

Hope that helps!
