Does anybody know of a safe public boat launch ramp open in, or near, Toledo this Memorial Day weekend? The nearest public launch near my home, Cullen Park, is unusable today due to high water, flood debris in the ramp basin, and the floating docks still in storage in the parking lot. Across the Maumee Bay are two footers (American Spirit and American Century) and the tug Joyce L. Vanenkevort. TIA
