I sat on the edge of the Detroit River for about 9 hours. I know I saw the Bounty and the Europa. The other 4 that I saw, I could not identify. I know Duluth has a big event including the Niagara. How may ships participating in Bay City?

Niagara Will be back in Duluth and I believe the only other vessels that did not carry are Unicorn (she will be in Green Bay) and St. Lawrence II. We have gained the Madeline and I am assuming we will gain some Lake Michigan boats when We get there.
As far as the race from Cleveland went only Europa, St. Lawrence II, Appledore V, and Pride of Baltimore II stayed in it till the end, though there was not enough wind for anyone to actually make it to the line.

The Parade of Sails in Toronto (July 4, 2010) was amazing. Here is a pic I took of the Niagara.

How many Tall Ships have dropped out of the challenge? I heard many did not continue from Cleveland.
