when was the last time a "pulpwood raft" locked thru at the sault?

My dad took this slide from one of the Soo Locks tour boats on July 4, 1965. It shows a crane vessel loading (or discharging) logs from a log boom at the Canadian Soo, above the locks. Can anyone ID the vessel? Thanks in advance for any info.
