Today's Boatnerd News article on the unfortunately end of the stored Cleveland Huletts mentions that there were 2 Hullets built on Lake Superior for unloading coal - something that I have not heard of before.
Other than Duluth/Superior or possibly Marquette, I can't think of any Lake Superior ports that could potentially have had need for a Huletts, and I've never heard of one in either location.
When googling the subject, the only site that seems to have any information about Huletts on Lake Superior is the Wikipedia page on Huletts, from which the Boatnerd News information seems to have been taken verbatim.
Are Huletts being used in a Lake Superior port a Wikipedia legend - is this some little know part of Great Lakes Shipping history? If it's the later, where were these located? Thanks.
