Wow, you're good!

Ville Marie was a survey ship built by Russel-Hipwell at Owen Sound and was the largest vessel they had built at the time. It was launched August 26, 1959, handed over to the Department of Transportation on May 31, 1960, and arrived at her home port of Sorell, August 3, 1960.

Might have been the Still Watch, now a private vessel, formerly of the Canadian Coast Guard. Still Watch is reported to be bound for Maine.
