Stbd shaft had a crack in it. Drydock has a newbuild in it therefore it is being replaced in the water that is why it is ballasted down by the bow.

If the barker has a bent shaft wouldn’t the barker be in drydock?

Anyone know why the James R. Barker is at Sturgeon Bay? I think they arrived there at around October 16 or so and have been there since that time. Are they getting some sort of repair work or mechanical issues done or something else? Any information on them is appreciated and thanks.
