Is the Algoma Compass going to layup in Detroit for this Winter Lay Up or will they at some point be laying up in Owen Sound? The layup list shows Detroit and they’ve been there at the Rouge Shortcut Canal Dock unloading a coal or coke cargo from Thunder Bay since their arrival on January 17. I’m wondering if the ice is too thick then up in Owen Sound if the Compass then will stay in Detroit all Winter or possibly layup maybe in Sarnia? Any info on this is appreciated. Thanks.
