Yo Michigan Bob, It's Ohio Bob. (No, not the Other Ohio Bob, the original!)
Yep, still around and missing our trips to Packo's, the M.O.A.D. Challenge and all the other trips as well.
The traffic on the Regional Board has slowed to a trickle but still some good people around here from back in our day.

Still going strong...

Nice to see this website and forum(s) is still going strong. I was a regular user back when this website was first started. I think it is safe to assume now that most of us early "regulars" are either gone, or don't visit the site any longer. Myself, I haven't been to the site in probably 8-10 years. We had a lot of fun, and made a lot of friends back in the early days. I'm curious to know if ToledoBob is still hanging around the site? A group of us used to meet at Tony Packo's in Toledo every March for lunch and to visit the ships in layup (before the 911 security shut most all visits down). Even got a great (unexpected) tour of the OgleBay-Norton Reserve as she was fitting out one spring in the late 80s or early 90s. One of the tunnel men, whose father-in-law was part of our group, invited us on the ship for a front to back tour, and we even had lunch with the fit-out crew in the ships galley. Those guys (and ladies) ate/eat well!! Now that I know the site is still in operation, I'll try to stop in more often.
