It does look like the Blough has a list in the one photo. Can anyone in Conneaut confirm that this is so?

In today’s port report 7/12/25 the pictures of the Edgar b Speer unloading in conneaut you can see the Roger blough in the background. In one picture the blough looks like it has a list to port. Is this just the way the picture was taken or does the blough actually have a list?
