It's too soon for an official report

After the grounding of the Blough, there was a trove of info following up, including a NTSB report.
AFter this Oberstar event, I haven't been able to find a peep about anything.
All I've come accross is Interlake's thing about her returning to service, and some news clips from back in June about it happending.
I don't see the two events as being very DISsimilar ........... both took the vessel out of service, both required lightering of the cargo, both required USGC repsones .............. why so much silence after Oberstar ?

The Oberstar’s AIS has been turned on and she is expected to sail sometime in the coming days, if not sooner.

Any updates on them? They’ve been at Fraser in Superior since June now from I think is a grounding incident? Thanks for any updates & information.

The Oberstar is listed on the Superior Midwest Energy Terminal schedule as loading coal on September 15. Date may change, of course, but it is further confirmation that she should be ready to go by mid September.

Must have been quite a bit of damage as she has been in the drydock 2 months already!

She will likely sail again in mid-to-late September.

Been quite some time since the last post. Does anyone know the extent of the hull repairs and when it may be completed?

She has alot of damage, which is being repaired. She nay be there for awhile
