Was downbound at the Soo Saturday morning and has gone to anchor (again) for weather along with other vessels above DeTour, MI. Salties don't run at night on the river after the winter markers go in. Ice is also making it harder to get pilots where they need to go.

I see that Jessica B has been anchored in Waiska Bay for the past week, and now going to anchor up near Whitefish. Is she having mechanical issues ??
