The Frontenac I just found out has laid up at Wharf 16 South in Port Colborne and they arrived there yesterday, March 18. However, I also found out which is somewhat of a surprise, she will be laid up for about a month then before she returns to service then for the 2026 shipping season.

The Frontenac is back at Port Colborne for a short lay up before they head back out again then at some point. They were previously at Wharf 17 the Old Furnace Dock in Port Colborne before the fitted out in late January to replace the Whitefish Bay which suffered bow damage while it was docking in Windsor. Is Frontenac again at Wharf 17 this time for lay up or someplace else?

Denny they are at Wharf 17 however they are currently fitting out the Frontenac and she is expected to sail this weekend. She is being activated to carry salt as the Whitefish Bay was sent to lay-up early.

Frontenac's AIS is now on in Port Colborne.

Does anyone know the lay up location for the Frontenac? They laid up in Port Colborne on January 15 after they had unloaded a grain cargo from Thunder Bay at the Grain Elevator in Port Colborne. The lay up list does not show or list specifically where they are laid up at other then in Port Colborne for now. If anyone has any information, it would be appreciated. Thank You.
