The Vigilant I is currently downbound in the Welland Canal, whereas the Bud Bisso is upbound in Lake Erie.

So it would seem that it is the Bud Bisso leading, and the Vigilant 1 is now finished assisting.

Pretty certain the barge is CBC 1268 and the Nadro tug is the Vigilant 1.

Probably the E.N. Bisso and Son's tug Capt. Bud Bisso delivering another barge of modular pipe racks or components to Detroit for use in the expansion of the Marathon refinery. The components are being fabricated on the Gulf Coast, likely in Mexico. The red and white tug would probably be a Nadro Marine tug assisting.

Tugs & Barge passing Somerset on Lake Ontario

Around 7:00 EST two tugs, one towing a barge with large caging on it passed my cottage the first tug was dark, black or navy, the following one was red and white. It was hazy so I couldn't read the names. Do you know the barge and what it was carrying?
