Is anyone aware if the Progress has restored full power, or if she is still on one engine?

Running on one main engine only

I was at the Welland yesterday and heard the Progress tell someone on the radio that they are only running on one engine. The Progress departed Port Weller Piers shortly after 1700 and gave an eta of 2110 for Hamilton; the Pierson departed an hour later and gave 2015 for Hamilton.

if you look at the vessel passage page for Hamilton you'll see they both departed this morning; the Pierson 30 minutes after the Progress.

I was out on Lake Ontario last night and caught the Canadian Progress slowly moving torwards Hamilton. The Robert S. Pierson was on her way there too, but making quite a bit more speed and passed her 6 miles out of Port weller going West torwards Hamilton. This morning I see the Progress in the canal behind the Pierson again by a couple locks. Did she unload at Hamilton behind the Pierson. What happened, was there a change in orders/plans?
