Where did she anchor?

I saw her today in the Ojibway anchorage off Windsor. She could be waiting for a pilot or a dock.

Salty Flinterrebecca went to anchor in mid detroit river yesterday early afternoon. Is she having mechanical issues? Odd place to be at anchor.
