according to Duluth Shipping News it's at CHS 1 loading spring wheat.

Heard that Flinterrebecca appears to be berthed at the Duluth Port Authority's Garfield Pier berth C, where the old Occidental/International Multifoods elevator used to be. Is she really tied up there?
