The George M. Steinbrenner gauge board has SOLD. Saturday's Lake Huron Lore Society Maritime Flea Market was a great success! More news to follow on the Wallaceburg helm.

Engine room gauge board

I have recently acquired the engine room gauge panel from the Steamer Joe S. Morrow and have restored and placed it in the place long held by the gauge panel from the George M. Steinbrenner (shown in the attached photo). The Steinbrenner was launched in 1906 as the Arthur H. Hawgood, but sailed for most of its life as the Joseph Block. I will have this panel for sale at the Lake Huron Lore Society Maritime Flea Market in St. Clair on Saturday for $3500, but I am open to offers, trades and trades/cash, especially if you have a significant item from one of the Reiss boats. If you would like more detailed photos, please e-mail me at reissrecollections at hotmail dot com.
