I hope they wern't hired to break ice in the crick, because it flushed itself clean over the weekend.

They arrived around Feb 10. After her arrival several days of high winds changed the ice conditions significantly.

I'm not sure when the Apalachee arrived. Does anyone know? I was also wondering why they're here also.

While the Neah Bay and Canadian CG Griffin escorting the Algoma Enterprise to the Lackawanna Docks were stymied by heavy ice conditions, the old WW2 ex Coast Guard Cutter Appalachee made it into Buffalo Harbor where she tied up at the Erie Basin Marina. The old girl still has it.
