Looks like once again the Indiana Harbor got stuck coming into Muskegon. Watched them labor outside the wall for at least 3 hours on Friday morning. until they were finally able to break free & go back to anchor.
Now this morning (Saturday) I can see them on the Milwaukee web cam lightering into another ASC vessel (Possibly the H. Lee White).
If I recall correctly, this is at least the 4th time in the past few years the Indiana Harbor had to lighter like this. What is it about Muskegon Harbor (or the Indiana Harbor) that causes this scenario to repeat year after year?
