Thanks to all for the excellent Jupiter information.

Great picture Mr. Lafferty.

Jim, sorry to hear about the divorce…that can’t be fun. No worries about a brochure, you’ve got more important things to worry about now.

Ian,
I have a company brochure with some good pictures in it. However it is tied up in divorce proceedings and I have no access to it. Hopefully, soon I will and I will post what I can then.

Here is a photograph I took July 1978 as she left the Calumet River for Lake Michigan.

It and the Tanker Saturn were nearly identical.

Tanker ships have always been an interest of mine, whether salty or lake.

Can anybody direct me to one decent photograph of the late Cleveland Tankers ship Jupiter? I'm talking about the tanker that went "boom" in that tragedy about twenty years ago in Saginaw Bay.

All my own scouring has only found blurry photos of the actual fire, but nothing of an intact ship.

If a decent photo is unavailable, could somebody at least give me an idea what it looked like...ie. It looked like it's sister ship Gemini, or another boat.

Thanks in advance.
