With the saginaw river being dredged allowing vessels to load at a deeper draft will any new vessels start to head up the saginaw river like the 730's? Also there are 2 grain elevators up in Zillwakee and Carrolton on the upper saginaw river with the dregeing will they ever ship grain outta there again and or have salt water ships comeing up there again?
