I can tell you thanks to all the boats that would pass JW Westcott on Thanksgiving...they would pass on plates of great dinners. was a real treat great food and double time and we knew only 3 more weeks of freezing....wouldn't have passed it up for anything. Capt Metz keep telling stories best of the season to you and yours

at this time i cannot locate the menu from the edmund fitzgerald and/or the crisin oglebay that i have here at my home. i do recall that after the "saluberious repast" it was hard to release oneself from the galley table....the cookie and his second cook wife were given a round of applause on both occasions. the labadies had served on both ships that i sailed for with columbia transportation.

I'd like to know that the ships will be serving for Thanksgiving ? TIA -- ed
