I forgot all about this poll. It seems we have a tie. I'll bet the votes for a lighthouse covered in ice were made before 5 PM...

Other news - The City of Fairport Harbor, Ohio issued an evacuation order around 07:30 today. There was a gas distribution problem and about 8 to 10 structure fires have resulted. Help was pouring in from all over.

Much of the Navagable Cuyahoga has ice.

The vote feature is grand Beecher, and funny!
I think it looks a "Star Wars" creature sitting in a chair with a lap blanket.

Everyone has seen the lighthouse pics by now. This is my first attempt at attaching pictures to a post. They are two closer views. One is from in front like everyone else has seen. But the other is from the lake side. It is pretty neat. I hope I did it right. The "lighthouse2" picture is worth a million words...poll below
