Max capacity of the conv. Feeding the dock is around 6000tph car dump itself is around 4000. Reclaiming rates very based on operator experience / skill and condition of the pile there digging in. If they are able to use 2 reclaimers at once that also helps with feed rates.

The only reference I found with numbers states that BNSF can dump an 18,000 ton train in 5 hours and send it directly to the dock, meaning they can at least do 3,600 tons an hour recharge. I also came across statements saying that they can be dumping trains and reclaiming from the stockpiles to recharge the dock at the same time so I would assume recharge capacity is actually higher than the 3,600 tons/hour.

The BNSF dock is broken so often it would really be difficult to figure an average recharge time.

I can't answer how long it takes BNSF to recharge but the ship loader was installed at west of 6 in 1983

How long does it take BNSF to "Reclaim" taconite pellets to continue loading a vessel? Also, I'm used to the "old" DM&IR ore docks, what year was the ship loader installed into the current CN dock in west Duluth?
