There is an article in the Dayton Daily News that states Cleveland Ship LLC is making an offer to Northrup-Gruman to buy three major shipyards (two Gulf Coast & one in Norfolk) that have U S Navy contracts. Does anyone know who Cleveland Ship LLC is? Thanks Mike
