I was able to find the Enterprize II. She was laid up on land across from Hoops dock in Bayfield, and was scrapped between 1995-2005.

The Corps of Engineers SV's PAJ and Bray were sold at auction and towed down the Mississippi to Galveston Bay for use in repairing well heads. As they were both old reconfigured deck barges originally built in the late 20's they are probably long gone.

Favorite was supposed to go to Monroe to establish a yard there but was scrapped around 2022 instead.

That's quite the list.

Kenosha hardly disappeared. GLTCo sold it in 1929 to James Rolson of Chicago who had close, ahem, ties with the city government that he parlayed into towing contracts with the city and especially to supply the various cribs. The City of Chicago thought it would be better off owning its own tugs so in 1930 it bought Kenosha and renamed it Chicago Harbor No. 2. The city bought it and it labored alongside Chicago Harbor No. 4(apparently still with us) for that august metropolis until dismantled at Chicago in 1945.

As for Carla Anne Selvick its final document was surrendered as "scrapped" 27 February 2016. I think that may have been the tug Calumet Fleeting was bringing to Indiana Harbor in the short-lived cable show Great Lakes Warriors some years back, but not certain.

There are a bunch of vessels that I've been trying to find the locations/fates of but with no luck, hoping somebody can help.

Floating drydock Favorite: Disappeared from the GLT shipyard a few years ago, was last listed in the 2023 KYS.
Rail float Manitowoc: Sagt at the K&K dock in Menominee for years, believe it may have been taken to LaSalle for scrap.
Mapping vessel James H Bray: Owned by USACE and operated out of the Soo, was sold at auction in the early 2000s.
Mapping vessel PAJ: Similar to the Bray, excepted based out of Detroit, put up for auction with the USACE tug Forney.
Fuel Scow No.16: Originally the bunker fuel tender for USACE dredge Col D.D. Gaillard. Owned by Billington Contracting from 1991 until they closed their doors around 2002.
Zenith dump skows No.16 & No.17 : Sold in 2018 after Marine Tech closed their doors, some of the last dump skows on the lakes to my knowledge.
Tug Carla Ann Selvick: I've heard multiple things about this tug, including it being scrapped at Indiana Harbor, and becoming a barge on the Chicago River.
G tug Kenosha: This one's been a mystery to me for a while, appears to have completely vanished after the Eastland incident.
Fraser tug Moby Dick/Peggy Mae/ Mary C: I can't find any information on this tug anywhere besides its names.
Tug Susan Belle: Was laid up at the Riverland Ag elevator in Duluth in the early 2000s, then disappeared shortly after.
Fish tug Amelia D: Was on display at Sister Bay, Wi then was gone by the 2000s.
Fish tug Marianne: Used to fish out of Bayfield, Wi until the 2000s.
Fish tug Enterprize II: Was abandoned in Bayfield, Wi, don't know where exactly though.
Fish tugs Sand Island and Robert Lee: Both owned by the Halvorson family in Cornucopia. They are abandoned somewhere near Russell, Wi.
Trap netter Limerick: Was posted on the old fish tug gallery on Boatnerd, was shown sailing in the Duluth harbor.
Rail ferry Ann Arbor 5's aft cabins: They were on someone's property just south of Elberta. They were listed for sale on eBay years ago.
Tug Sherman IV's pilothouse: Used as part of someone's cabin in Northern Wisconsin, believed to be somewhere in the Schooner Bay area.
