I was recently talking to a family member and he was telling me that his kayak was stolen from his boathouse in Port Huron. After describing what the kayak looked like, I remembered seeing these pictures of the Risley rescuing a green kayak. I showed him the pictures and he was positive that the kayak being lifted out of the water indeed was his. It is to our understanding that the kayak was not stolen, but it was poorly secured to the boathouse and fell into the water and floated downriver. He is interested in contacting the crew of the Risley, could anyone send me in the right direction?
