Sounds like they got the video for two stories mixed up. There is, or was a large ice jam on the Pine River near Rudyard, which was causing flooding. 9 and 10 has been reporting on it for several days.

On Thursday's 6:00p news on TV 7/4 was a story and video obout the ice problems . video showed the Presque Isle and said the problem was at Rudyard. Rudyard has the Pine River, but is pretty much landlocked and not wide enough for much more than a lifeboat let alone the Presque Isle.
