this has been on the web now for about a year, covering the sleeping bear dunes. taken in 1949

GMA was showing the top 10 most beautiful places in America the other day and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is on their list.

Here's the video, the dunes start at the 3:10 mark. Some nice aerial views of the lakeshore. Kind of looks like the St. Marys Challenger in the upper left at 4 minutes.
