Where will the Gott spend the winter as I don't think they can go to Duluth. Seems like I remember hearing they were to lay up in Duluth.

Edwin H. Gott has been listed on boatnerd ais as "not under command" for at least the past few hours. She's in southern Lake Huron, obviously waiting for the St. Clair River to be usable. Anyone have an idea what's wrong? Error entering info in the ais system or something really wrong that the crew doesn't have control? Thank you in advance for any info anyone can supply.
