On Monday, February 23, I have been invited to operate the amateur radio station, WA4USN, aboard the aircraft carrier USS Yorktown. The museum ship is moored at Patriot's Point near Charleston, SC. I should be on 20 and 40 metres after 1300. I hope to do some ssb and cw operation on 20 metres.
I have also been invited to operate aboard the battleship USS North Carolina on March 1. The call is NI4BK and the station will have several operators for the North Carolina QSO Party. The station should be on the air after 1000.
