Based on AIS data, it appears that the buoy tender Hollyhock has been working buoys and aids to navigation for the past couple of days in the US portion of the Seaway. Working out of Massena, NY. Unless something has changed very recently, Sand Products Corp of Muskegon owns the property, the dock and the adjacent sand pit. They are the ones that ship sand.

Graymont built and I assume owns the limestone loading equipment at Brevort. I don't know how much limestone is loaded vs sand.
