If this is a private yacht, the yellow "Q" flag is raised when entering a designated entry port to clear customs and immigration. After clearing, the yellow flag is replaced with the national flag of the country being visited.

According to Wiki, the yellow flag means "My vessel is 'healthy' and I request free pratique". "pratique" is an indication that a ship is free of contagious disease.

Perhaps there are other meanings as well.

Does anybody know the meaning of the solid yellow flag located beside the red and white pilot flag. Also, the smokestack is red with a PD inset in a white diamond. What would the company name be? The ship was built in 2007. She sails under Antigua and Barbuda flag.
Thank you
