Two brief clips of the Buffalo Fire Boat E.M. Cotter Breaking Ice on the Buffalo River. They planned to go all the way to South Park Ave. today, but turned back at the 1st rail draw. They will be out again tomorrow morning at 9am trying to work to the old Mobil dock.
