Lake Ontario water level regulation

Plan 2014 was formally endorsed today as promised.

The IJC has a web page that compares actual historical Lake Ontario water levels for the last ten or so years to what they would have been if Plan 2014 had been in effect instead:

Looks like the IJC has finally made up their mind on a new plan recommendation and it will be formally announced Tuesday June 17 2014:

Looks like the present policy of trying to keep levels within a 4-foot range may see the allowed variation increase in the future IF the new revisions are approved. Many opposing viewpoints assures a long battle before anything actually happens...
